b. Yummy 4 the Tummy  ($15 plus 9% tax, shipping and handling=$20).  This book has a few pages of research on children's health and 300 recipes!  A great buy!  All the recipes that say, Ellouise or Miss Ellouise, are healthy and have been "kid tested".  Since this book was originally done as a fundraiser for my school, there are some recipes, donated by parents who had a foggy idea of "healthy", which aren't quite as healthy.  You can choose which ones to use!
